Another Escape
1992 witnessed the first cohort of students entering the Degree in Editorial Photography, as it was then called at the University of Brighton. 2013 marks the 21 st Anniversary of the establishment of the course and we are delighted to be celebrating in style.
To commemorate this event we are publishing two books of photographs. One book will showcase the work of the graduating year, whose work will be shown at their degree show opening on the 31 st May at the University of Brighton Gallery on Grand Parade. Through club nights, print sales, bake sales and personal contributions the students have raised funds to go towards their print bill. To add mystery to the evening 31 un-named prints by the students will be on sale for £20 each. All proceeds will go towards the student publication.
The other book will highlight work of 36 notable Alumni, all of whom have donated a print for this auction. The funds raised here will go towards printing the alumni book.
